Ordering Information

How do I place my order? Ordering Online is the preferred method of ordering for a few reasons. Your order will be accurate as to how you typed it. There will be no human errors such as taking down the name or address incorrectly.  Ordering online is easy and safe. Simply add the items of interest to your shopping cart and when you are ready to checkout, click Checkout. Then just follow the instructions.

 

Is this site secure?  We take security very seriously. All credit card and personal information is encrypted utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server technology before being transmitted over the Internet. All information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection and held completely confidential.

 

Is my transaction information secure? Yes, it is. We recognize the importance of security to our customers so we use the same technology that protects your credit card information to protect your transaction information.

 

Will my credit card information be secure? Yes. Purchasing with your credit card at MilitaryPoilceAwards.com is safe because we use technology that encrypts your information while you shop on our site. This means that your information is encoded and unreadable as it travels to our server. In fact, using your credit card at our web store is safer than using it at a restaurant or gas station.

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We regret that we do not accept personal checks.

Note! In order to protect the Cardholder and Merchant, we compare the address information given with the address to which your credit card statement is mailed. If any part of this address is incorrect, the transaction will be rejected

Do you accept PayPal as a form of payment? Unfortunately we have no immediate plans to offer PayPal as a payment option. PayPal is not supported by our merchant account and also does not offer the level of fraud protection we require.

When I try to order something, why wont my credit card work? The most common reason (beside providing incorrect credit card number, expiration date or CVN number) is incorrect billing address � make sure the billing address you provide is the same with the address your credit card statements are mailed to.

 

 

 

Shipping Information

 

When will my order be shipped? Our order processing time is 1-2 business days. Orders by Air Shipping selected are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, please be aware that Air (4-5 Days) indicates the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our warehouse.

Please note, nameplates – which require customization will require a longer processing time (usually 2-3 business days) before packing and shipping. We make every effort to accurately set this expectation by listing shipping times in the item description pages.
We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Which shipping carriers do you use? We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary carrier within the United States, Military APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Box addresses.

What are my shipping options?

There are primary two ways to receive your order: Expedited Parcel (Ground Shipping) – The most economical delivery method and XpressPost (Air Shipping) – The quickest delivery method.

How do I calculate my shipping cost and delivery time? Please use the Shipping Estimator tool in your Shopping Cart to calculate the costs and delivery times for each shipping option.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?  Yes, we do: to make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address or highway number with your order.

Do you ship to APO addresses? Yes. This is a very economical way of shipping internationally. Just allow an additional week for delivery for APO destinations on top of your delivery option.

What are APO/FPO shipping/delivery times?  Orders to APO/FPO addresses � standard delivery times as to CONUS plus additional week, but will depend on the destination country and can be delayed in customs.

How will I know that my order is shipped? You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships. This email will contain your shipment item number and approximate time of delivery.

When can I expect to receive my order? This depends on the shipping method you select. Please use the Shipping Estimator tool in your Shopping Cart to calculate the delivery times for each shipping option. During busy periods and holidays, delivery may take longer than estimated.

Do you backorder items that are not available at the time of shipping? We handle backorders on a case-by-case basis.  Contact us with specific questions.

Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else? Certainly. Just enter the address where you want your product delivered, in the “Ship to” portion of the Checkout process.

Can I track my order? A tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail when your order is shipped.

I have not received my order yet? If you have received a shipping confirmation e-mail, you order has been shipped form our warehouse. Check the estimated delivery times for your shipping method.

What are these replica pistols made of? These non-functional, hand painted pistols are cast of polymer resin.

Can I drill a hole in the pistol? Yes, these pistols are solid full resin and wholes can be drilled.

 

Returns & Exchange

Do you have a no hassle return policy? YES! If not satisfied, simply return items within 7 days in its original condition and we will refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling). Please reference your order number and include your request for return or exchange in the return shipment

What if I received a defective item?  If your item appears to be damaged or have a defect please notify us via e-mail. Please explain what is wrong with the item and remember to include your order number. We will happily replace it for you.

We ask that you do not ship defective merchandise back to us, as we are unable to reimburse you for the costs of return shipping. Instead, please hold on to any defective merchandise for 10 business days while your replacement item is being shipped to you. In some cases we may ask the shipping carrier to collect the defective item at our expense.

How do I return or exchange a defective product? We would be pleased to refund or exchange your purchase, within 7 days of receiving your order. Please do not ship anything without contacting us first. All returns must be shipped to us via parcel post surface mail and all parcels containing returned merchandise must be clearly marked “return of goods”.

Am I charged shipping for returns or exchanges?  If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will not be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchange item.

Please also note that if you have received a damaged or defective item, you should not return it – please contact us first via our secure Get In Touch   email form further instructions.

If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for a refund? When you return a product, you will receive a refund within 3 business days of us receiving and verifying the item. When you return a product that you have purchased using a credit card, the same card you used will be credited with the refund.
